How long does it take to get set up?
Most teams send their first events within 15 minutes. Drop in our SDK, identify your users, and Orbit starts building funnels and retention automatically — no schema design up front.
Do I need to know SQL?
No. Every report — funnels, retention, segmentation — is built by pointing and clicking. If you do write SQL, there is a full query console, but it is entirely optional.
Where is my data stored?
You choose EU or US data residency at the project level. PII is redacted on ingest by default, and every access is written to an immutable audit log.
Can I export data back to my warehouse?
Yes. The Scale plan includes reverse-ETL to Snowflake, BigQuery and Redshift, so the events you send to Orbit stay available everywhere else you work.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing breaks. Paid features pause, but your dashboards and data stay intact. Upgrade any time and pick up exactly where you left off — no re-import.
