FAQ
Are talks recorded?
Yes. Every session is recorded and shared with all ticket holders within two weeks, edited and captioned.
Can I switch tracks between talks?
Absolutely — that’s the point of a multi-track event. Rooms are a 30-second walk apart and there are 20-minute breaks between slots.
Is there a refund policy?
Full refunds until August 22, 2026. After that, tickets are transferable to a colleague at no cost — just email us the new name.
Do you cover dietary needs?
Lunch and snacks include vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and halal options. Add any specifics in the checkout notes.
Is the venue accessible?
LX Factory is step-free to all conference rooms, with accessible toilets and reserved seating. Tell us your needs and we’ll plan ahead.
Will there be a hallway / social track?
Lightning talks at lunch, a sponsor expo, and an attendee mixer on Day 1 evening at a riverside bar next door.
